Automate Lead Generation with n8n (Scheduled + Webhook)

n8n is a free, self-hostable automation tool. LeadGen ships two ready-to-import workflows so you can generate leads without writing glue code.

The two workflows

• Scheduled — runs every 24h and branches on whether leads were found.
• Webhook — generates on demand from a POST with a category and location.

How they work

Both authenticate against /api/token/ and then call /api/generate/ with a bearer token. Provider keys stay server-side; n8n only holds your app login.

Get started

1. Run n8n locally (npx n8n or Docker).
2. Import a workflow from the repo’s n8n/workflows/ folder.
3. Edit the Config node with your API base URL and credentials, then run it.
